) is a great resource on its own. Perhaps it will be enough for you. For those interested in continued encouragement, inspiration and active strategies to encourage the processing of your grief, the full Grief Recovery program will be a more intensive experience. There are 12-modules, exclusive video and audio material, worksheets and downloadable material and so much more.

This program is online and will be accessible through this website. You'll receive a private login ID and password.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
For less than the cost of 2 therapy sessions, your investment is $197. Purchases are made through Paypal at the bottom of this page.
Can I share my login ID and password?
Your login ID and password should remain private and is tied to your IP address. If you know someone that could benefit from this program, you have the option to gift a membership to them.
Is this program open to any type of pregnancy or child loss?
Yes, this program is open to anyone who is grieving the death of their baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, ending of a pregnancy, or the death of their infant.
My loss happened a long time ago, is it still appropriate for me to be in the program?
Many people have never learned how to navigate these rough waters and years later, still find ourselves with the rawness of our pain and suffering or not knowing how to connect with our babies who died. If that’s the case, this program is for you. If you are unsure, contact me to discuss whether this program would be a good fit for your situation.
Is it okay to be a part of this program if I have living children or am currently or trying to get pregnant?
While it does not focus on pregnancy after loss, all bereaved parents are welcome.
I have a hard time in support groups because I take on everyone else’s pain. Will this be the same?
This program is specifically designed to be done at your own pace and at a level of connection and interaction that feels right to you. If you are not ready to interact with others around loss, you do not need to spend time on the FB group until you’re ready.
I tend to isolate a lot, won’t an online program be too isolating?
Being able to participate from the safety and comfort of your own home usually allows most participants more freedom to participate.
